The NIDA Journal of Language and Communication is pleased to announce the launch of its WebFirst Publication. Beginning in October 2024, accepted articles will be published on the journal’s website as soon as they complete the review and pre-production process. Each WebFirst article will be assigned a volume, issue, and page number, and will later be included in the corresponding issue of the biannual e-journal, released in June (January-June issue) and December (July-December issue). This WebFirst model allows authors to claim authorship and enables early citation by other researchers, providing access to publications without waiting for all articles in an issue to be finalized. This new initiative reflects NJLC’s commitment to supporting academic excellence.
